Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your tracking number is emailed once the order is dispatched.

Important Notes

  • Timelines are measured from dispatch date — not the order date.
  • Estimates exclude customs clearance delays, force majeure events, strikes, public holidays, or incorrect address entries.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country — these are the customer's responsibility.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any re-shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking number and link will be emailed to your registered email address. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

If tracking has not updated within 48 hours, contact our support team — we'll investigate promptly.

Refunds & Replacements for Late Delivery

If an order is not delivered within the maximum timeline listed above — excluding delays caused by customs, acts of God, or customer-provided errors — please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate and, depending on the outcome, may offer:

  • A full refund to the original payment method.
  • A free replacement shipment.
  • Store credit for future purchases.
